How it works

  • Prior to our appointment, please fill out the questionnaire below to help better understand your needs & to guide you through the next step.

  • Please give us 1 to 2 business days to contact you both to further discuss your wedding registry.

  • We offer a FREE 1 hour consultation to review the questionnaire, familiarize yourself with our products, as well as, look through our product look-books to curate your wish list. Friends and family are welcome, but we do ask to please limit it to 2 extra people aside from the bride & groom of course!

  • From the couple’s selection we will then create a presentation (example below) that will be password sensitive prior to activating live.

  • Before the registry becomes live, we would like to personalize the registry with the couple’s wedding information with a photo of the happy couple, the wedding date information of course, a link to the couple’s website (if available), and that’s it!

  • The couple will then approve of the presentation and we will make it live!

  • As items are purchased, we will update your wedding registry to mark the items as sold.

  • If stock items become unavailable, we will update the registry to mark unavailable. Be sure to check your registry on a regular basis.

  • As your guest contact us to order, we will handle all the necessary arrangements. Be sure to read our terms & policies for the guest below.

Here’s How to Purchase:

Unfortunately we are not an eCommerce site, but that shouldn’t stop you from selecting the perfect gift for the bride and groom. We are happy to work with you over the phone or via email on purchasing the items you are wanting to give the bride and groom.

A few of our terms and conditions:

  • Subject to Change - Prices and availability of all items on this website and at our store are subject to change and when listed are for reference only. Listed prices are in U.S. Dollars. These policies are subject to change without notice.

  • Return Policy- All returns must be pre-approved by phone with KMH Home. Please call for your return authorization information and to obtain a return shipping label. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only, and all shipping fees are non-refundable. All item(s) must be sent back in original and unused condition with the original packaging and packing slip and/or sales receipt. Items must be well-packed; additional packaging may be necessary. Store credit expires after 90 days from the date of the original purchase.

    Special order and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Damage Claims - Damage claims for received merchandise must be made within 5 days of a package’s arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as claims will not be accepted after 5 days. In order to process a damage claim, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging. Please call or email to process the damage claim. Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return authorization information.

  • Special Orders- Special orders cannot be canceled and cannot be returned for credit or a refund.

  • Shipping Policy- You will have to pay for shipping. All orders will ship out via ground shipping unless discussed otherwise and will ship all orders via UPS. Domestic ground shipping costs are calculated based off the total amount spent on products. You have the option to select ground, second-day or overnight delivery when placing your order. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed over the weekends or on holidays.

    In-stock items generally ship within 1 and 5 business days of order, unless a more expeditious shipping option is selected. You will be notified by email you if the item is out of stock or back-ordered.

    Will make every effort to fulfill your request in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date. Please contact us directly if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.

    Please see the return policy for all shipping damage claims.

    All orders will ship with a packing slip that does not include price information. An invoice of the purchased items can be sent electronically or included with the item upon request. Gift receipts are also available.

    Unless requested by the customer, packages with a value of less than $500 will be shipped without a signature required for delivery.
